Trails Conservation Coordinator

Rockfall, Connecticut

The Trails Conservation Coordinator (TCC) is a full-time exempt employee reporting to Connecticut Forest & Park Association’s (CFPA) Trails Director. The staff person selected for this position will assist in negotiating and completing real estate transactions as we expand our land acquisition initiatives. The TCC will work closely with CFPA staff, board, volunteers and partners to achieve permanent and/or greater protection of the land that hosts and keeps connected 825+ miles of the popular Blue-Blazed Hiking Trail System.

Georgia Wildlife Federation


R3 Coordinator

Covington, Georgia

This position will lead hunter and target shooter recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) efforts that are consistent with the Georgia R3 Action Plan. The coordinator will keep the Plan up to date and available for broad consumption and use. Coordinator will work with the partners of the Georgia R3 Initiative (Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Georgia Chapter of Safari Club International, Ducks Unlimited, and the National Wild Turkey Federation) and all stakeholders to develop innovative goals, set clear objectives and achieve measurable results. The coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and direct efforts to expand the success of R3 programs.
